Our Garment Printing & Production Techniques
Flex & Flock printing are both forms of heat press application, but can be applied on press for certain effects. Flex (also known as Vinyl) printing uses a soft garment vinyl, which is cut using a CAD cutter, placed on the garment and printed unto the shirt with the heatpress. This is the same process for flock except that the material used gives a 3D, velvet finish.
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, Digital Direct To Garment printing, Digital Apparel Printing, and Inkjet to Garment printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modifed inkjet technology.
